From 1980-1988 Beth had a business in Kennebunk called Country Eggs. She then moved to Oregon and worked for Nike Inc. in their apparel division. Her position was in production, pricing and sourcing accessories. When she returned to Maine she started ChowDown Pets in Yarmouth. ChowDown Pets creates floorcloths made and sized for pet feeding mats. They not only protect the floor from the slobber of pets, but they are attractive and fun.
